Mr. Bibb is the Chief Executive Officer of Capital Sports Ventures (CSV), and is a member of the company’s Board of Managers. As the CEO of CSV, Mr. Bibb directs the day-to-day operation of the company and assists with CSV’s roster of consulting clients while also representing the organization’s investment interests in BigTeams, LLC and Schedule Star.

BigTeams, based in Tyson’s Corner, VA, develops innovative and uniquely branded websites for high school athletic departments in 43 states and Canada. These sites provide a platform for student-athlete recognition, deliver a tool kit to help athletic directors manage their departments, promote community engagement and present a revenue generating opportunity for the schools. Bridgeville, PA based Schedule Star offers the leading high school athletic scheduling software. Founded in 1964, Schedule Star’s software delivers a comprehensive solution for managing teams schedules, facilities, transportation, eligibility, rosters and more to nearly 4,000 schools across the country.

Prior to launching CSV, Mr. Bibb served three years as the Executive Vice President of Business Operations for the Washington Wizards and five seasons as the Washington Mystics Chief Operating Officer. His responsibilities with both teams included overseeing numerous business functions for the organization including marketing, communications, community relations, game operations, new media, video production, analytics and the camps & clinics program.

A 18-year veteran of the sports industry, Mr. Bibb joined the Mystics in 2007 with experience in all facets of sports management, including ticket sales, corporate sponsorship, communications, marketing and branding. Prior to his arrival in Washington, Mr. Bibb spent two years as the President of Hantz Group Sports & Entertainment where he was instrumental in the launch of the Detroit Ignition of the Major Indoor Soccer League (MISL). He has also served as the Executive Vice President and General Manager of the Philadelphia KiXX soccer team. Prior to joining the KiXX, Mr. Bibb was the Director of Public and Media Relations with the Major Indoor Soccer League.

A native of Hershey, PA, Mr. Bibb was named a member of the Washington Business Journal’s 2010 40 Under 40 class. He has served as a board member for various non-profit organizations, including Boys and Girls Clubs of Greater Washington, The Greater Washington Sports Alliance and Most Valuable Kids. Mr. Bibb has also spent time as an adjunct professor at Georgetown University, teaching in the school’s Sports Industry Management program. He graduated Magna Cum Laude from Marist College and currently resides in Arlington, VA with his wife Tara, daughter Adelyn and son Caden.
